Jessica Hogan

Energy Analyst, Regen

Jessica joined Regen as an Energy Analyst in April 2024. She works across three themes: achieving a just transition, communities and planning and energy demand. Jessica holds a PhD in geography and sustainable development from the University of St Andrews, where she identified the importance of community and shared ownership, energy justice and local context in shaping acceptance of onshore wind energy projects in Scotland and Newfoundland, Canada.

She is particularly passionate about finding avenues to more meaningfully engage and bring communities along with us on the net zero transition.
