Public Engagement and Research Impact Workshop

When: 28–30 January 2026 
Where: The Burn, near Edzell

This 3-day residential workshop will introduce the concept of public engagement — what it is, why it matters, and how it can enhance the impact of your research. Guided by public engagement and impact experts, you’ll explore practical strategies for identifying target audiences and tailoring your message to resonate while maintaining the integrity of your research.

We warmly encourage applications from Early Career Researchers across ALL Scottish universities and disciplines whose research aligns with the themes of SRAEHL.

 Cost: Fully funded by the Scottish Research Alliance for Energy, Homes & Livelihoods
